We inhabit a world characterised by disaggregation, wherein diverse components essential for deploying a system originate from various actors (vendors/integrators/etc). A prime illustration of this scenario involves a Network Function (NF) like UPF/SMF/CU/DU, which requires deployment on a Kubernetes (k8s) cluster and exhibits dependencies on elements like the kernel, networking, software packages, and more. Complicating matters further, these diverse components are often overseen by distinct teams within an organisation. In this session, we will elucidate effective strategies for managing dependencies when dealing with multiple Kubernetes Resource Model (KRM) resources, showcasing an automated approach to streamline the process handled by various teams in an organization.
