Project Alvarium was the first solution for capturing immutable metadata to objectively measure and quantify "data confidence", or the level of trust one can have in application data that has been captured and handled through a distributed topology. The project has recently evolved this concept to include supporting layers of the stack such as the host, OS and CI/CD artifacts. This talk will explain how we capture and link confidence metadata through these various layers and how a confidence score can be operationalized for platform integrity outcomes such as ZeroTrust.
